Kick-Off Workshop (3 Hours)

Start strong with a hands-on session where you'll:

• Learn the powerful 12-week strategy for how you will approach your business goals

• Discover new ways of thinking about what ‘productivity’ means, specifically as it relates to your business

• Be provided and guided through the exact tools and techniques you will use for the full 12-weeks

• Meet and connect with like-minded business owners that will become your cheer squad through the 12-weeks

• Identify and get crystal clear on the goal/s to achieve in your ‘year’

• Participate and take ownership over your plan through a facilitated planning session to identify the ‘big’ tasks you will complete in the lead up to achieving your goal/s

• Walk away with a clear goal, a crystal-clear plan, a fresh surge of motivation and a support group behind you!

Weekly Mindset & Priority Group Coaching Calls (1 hour)

These are the weekly meetings we hold as a Squad each Monday morning. Here you will connect with like-minded business owners, share progress, goals and priorities.

I respond directly to the needs of the group and respond in real-time to the most pressing needs you have. Each week will focus on an area that will support you to achieve your goals.

We use these sessions to support you in HOW and WHAT to focus on to make great progress and master your momentum.

These Squad calls guide you through the ESSENTIAL mindset work to shift you into the ultimate business owner and entrepreneur you can be.

At the halfway point, we’ll meet to review your specific progress, celebrate your achievements so far, and make any adjustments to keep the momentum strong. This will be an opportunity to go deeper into your mindset around success, wealth, and growth. The aim of the 1:1 Coaching Call is to replenish the motivational energy you have and to remove any limiting decisions & beliefs you are carrying, to power through the remaining 6 weeks with confidence and certainty.

Final Workshop + Celebration (1 Hour)

You’ve done the work – now it’s time to reflect, share & celebrate!
In this closing session, we’ll:

• Reflect on your goals and what you’ve achieved

• Share key learnings and breakthroughs

• Celebrate the progress you’ve made with your cheer squad

Every week, you’ll receive a check-in from me to keep you on track, celebrate your wins, and help you troubleshoot where needed. You’re never going it alone.

You will be added to a group with the full Squad so you can share updates or achievements with the wider group. You will be added to an individual thread just with me for access to ask questions or bounce off ideas throughout the program.

Each week you will reflect and measure your progress through a supported process which encourages you to learn from the obstacles you overcame of the last week, and to adjust your plans as needed to maintain momentum for the upcoming week. These weekly reflections are designed so that you are reminded of your wins and learnings, and are a powerful way to remind yourself of just how far you have come!
